You can definitely benefit by having an experienced former director

of sales as your own Buyer's Agent looking out for your interests,

and not the developer's.  And, in most cases it costs you nothing.

While the on-site specialist's knowldge is  useful to buyers and agents alike,

their primary concern is looking out for the Builder/Developer ....Not For You!

and, there is no cost to you.  The commission is already built into the purchase

price so, you may as well use it to your advantage.

you've given up the right to have your own buyer agent represent your interests. 

So before you sign up on a website, call on an ad or simply stop by 

a new community just to browse....Call me.  I will look out for your

save you some time and money.
